Art Lectio is an online-only store selling made-to-order fine art prints.

Art Lectio is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate our online store.

Orders are produced, packed, and shipped using third-party production and fulfilment partners. Art Lectio remains the seller of products purchased through this website. Customer service enquiries should be directed to Art Lectio, not to our production or fulfilment partners.

Production and fulfilment

Art Lectio products are made to order.

We use third-party production and fulfilment partners to print, pack, and ship orders. These partners are not the seller of the products purchased through this website and should not be contacted for customer service, returns, refunds, or order enquiries.

Returns

Please do not return items to the sender address shown on the parcel, to our print partner, or to any address without prior approval.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions by email.
